âš ï¸ Warning: Device Still Under Remote Management – Not Fully Functional
I purchased a MacBook that looked brand new and came with the box, but when I turned it on, it was locked under Remote Management by a company (ON Semiconductor). This means the device is still enrolled in their system and cannot be used normally. Seller did not mention this critical issue. Very disappointed. Be cautious.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

Mentor1 year agoLo sentimos, pero la garantÃa de devolución de dinero de eBay solo dura 30 dÃas a partir de la fecha de entrega. También es demasiado tarde para un reembolso con tarjeta de crédito.
We're sorry, but eBay's money-back guarantee only lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. It's also too late for a credit card refund.
