Purchased 5 yr. Warranty alternator 12/2024. Is now defective, so I need to talk to someone about best way to handle this. Purchase another alternator & then return defective so I will have less down time??? I need to talk to a live person. AI has never helped with any company communications anywhere. Mac Daddy

Mentor3 weeks agoManufacturers provide warranties not sellers. Sellers can only help with warranty issues if they are authorized dealers for the manufacturer. So you would need to contact the manufacturer to see what help they are willing to give you. Many manufacturers will not warranty items sold online on sites like eBay.
