never received my order. Received a text from UPS also tracking from eBay! yet when I called them, they could not give me any information because they said it was not me. After four hours on the phone calling UPS, Amazon , eBay , UPS again no one can tell me where it was shipped.???
delivered to Whitestone, Virginia at 2:20 and placed in a barn. I do not have a barn and no one can tell me whose address it was sent to.
how do you order something online? Get a text that it has been placed get a text to track it but when it finally gets to Whitestone, it’s not at your house.
HELP PLEASE

Unfortunately, you have fallen prey to the False tracking number scam. You filed a claim through eBay that you did not receive the item but since tracking showed it was delivered, they ruled against you.
You need to get a document from the Carrier stating that the package was not delivered to your address and then contact eBay with that information to prove delivery confirmation was to a different address than yours. Make sure you tell eBay it was a False tracking number scam.
We recently learned that many of the links we post to Request a call back from eBay are now simply forwarding members to eBay's Customer Service "How can we help you today?" page (link below). On that page members have to complete numerous choices before being given ways to be in direct contact with eBay. Depending on the subject, representative availability and other factors requesting a call back may or may not be possible. Chat or an email may be provided. If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box. You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there

If for some reason eBay does not refund you then you will have to pursue a dispute with your card company or PayPal. Just know that if you do that eBay will not support you at all if you run into issues with the dispute.
