Lying Seller
so I purchased an item Over the weekend and on Monday, it said it was shipped but after a few days, UPS showed it never received the item yet. I contacted the seller and he claims it was delivered to UPS, but wasn’t sure about the tracking and he would check into it and get back to me. After a couple more days, I didn’t hear back from him and UPS claims they never received the product. So I contacted the seller again just to ask and what did he do he refunded my money with no explanation. I needed the part and not my money back.. What can I do about this?

eBay can not make a seller respond or sell to you but you can report the seller using this form>
