Lowering the price on a sold item. buyer and I agreed to lower the price but I don't know how.
Just want to lower the price on an item that has sold.

Mentor2 years agoYou can send an invoice, but you won't be able to lower the price to more than the shipping price. Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting Payment
Locate the order, click the down-arrow, click Send invoice.
