Low Sales on EBAY IN MARCH 2026???
I want to know why sales are so low in March on eBay I know I googled and it said it is a maintenance. But I quit my full-time job to be a full-time reseller and I was very successful up until a couple of months ago eBay dropped off the face of this earth My sales tanked a few hundred percent. My sales have boosted on two other platforms and that is regular and regulated as normal but eBay for some reason is pretty bad very low sales very high promotion fees and fees in general even if there was any sales. This is discouraging eBay was king and now it definitely is not I know there is depop and vented but eBay should be king It has been around the longest it has good policies It takes care of the customer 100% of the time no matter what. Am I missing something here but I feel like I'm going crazy and I'm probably going to have to go back to my full-time job because eBay was 60 to 70% of my full-time income and now it is about 2%. This is insane and I am very unhappy. The fees are astronomical compared to other platforms so I am forced to steer away and not post on this app. Usually you get back what you put in but this is not the case here and the algorithm is all messed up and I think they are prioritizing new big gimmicks like live sales and stuff like that but it does not take care of us who have been paying their bills and being a loyal seller and taking care of our customers for years and now all the sudden because there's some new trendy thing we get put on the back burner and I can't feed my family and I am applying for benefits in food stamps but I'm right on the cusp so I can't get anything so I am screwed. If you calculate my past earnings with my low tank sales now the average is just not there for help from the outside organizations. I'm really stressed out and I try everything I tried dropping prices I have discounted shipping the cheapest on eBay I delete and relist items I have their recommended promotion at at least 12% on every single item and most of these items I do not even get one view why am I paying these INSANE promotion fee and why am I selling on eBay LOL. I need some help ASAP If not I will just move on from here I never look back always moving forward to make progress regardless. I'm trying to be a loyal and hold on to my faith for eBay which I always have but I don't think I can pay the bills anymore. It's just so upset and because everyone says you can do anything you put your mind to it but that's not the case if they're ??messing up the algorithm??it's just different and it's not fair and it's not right and I want some answers ASAP. For a reseller it is tough also and tax season which it is now so therefore I am going to be already hurting so I would like sales never mind less sales This is a really tough time for resellers tax season.
