You need to check your purchase history for the last estimated delivery date for the item. You cannot open a case for an "Item not received" until that date passes by at least one full day (and not more than 30 days). Once you can open the case the seller has three days to prove that the item was delivered or is still in transit with tracking. If they cannot within three days then you can "Ask eBay to step in" and they can force a full refund.
What is the estimated date of delivery according to your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
Select “More actions†beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.
If the seller does not respond after 3 business days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
