Lots of bad electronics out here
I have ordered four different Printed Circuit Boards for various fixes around my house (fridge, computer, etc.) and three of those four were defective. They did refund my money, however I just want them to work in the first place.

That's not an unreasonable expectation.
Be sure you are buying from reputable sellers. Review the seller's feedback to make sure it's stellar, and I would stick to sellers registered in the US for items like this. You can see the seller's country of registration below his ID on his feedback page.
