Lot creation for International Buyer
I sell small items of high value.
If a foreign buyer wants to buy several of my items and I selected eBay International shipping for them, the buyer cannot order them on a combined order as it is possible for domestic orders of several listed items.
The items are ordered and shipped individually. If my small items are shipped in a single package, the
buyer is still charged international shipping for each item separately, which can become substantial.
eBay states that this is necessary for proper handling of Customs and foreign mailing charges.
The buyer is requesting that I create a custom lot with all the items included. Then the buyer could purchase the lot via eBay, with the understanding that returns are not allowed, even if items do not correspond to the
expected ones. The lot listing would only include a line item for each item, without detailed description or pictures.
The lot, once purchased via eBay, could ship that with USPS International Mail (or maybe via eBay International Shipping).
The value of the shipment could amount to several thousand dollars.
Would this be 1) allowed by eBay, 2) legal, 3) ethical, 4) reasonable, 5) prudent ?
This is a real situation that I never encountered before. Expert help is needed. Thanks

-You can create a single lot with everything in it but you will have to include pictures, eBay will NOT allow a listing to go active without pictures
-I would be very specific with a detailed description and pictures
-If you think there is a remote possibility that you will be scammed do not do it, sell them individually and blame eBay for not figuring out how to Combine international shipments of multiple orders
-A multi-thousand dollar sale will result in that money being held for up to 30 days ... I wouldn't do it. Individual sales of over $ 1000 will be held for 30 days ...

I am trying to learn more. Even if the buyer appears trustworthy,
the number and quality of items requested is giving me pause.
