Lost UPS shipment
So I send a package through ebay/UPS to a buyer, the package disappears I have to refund their money and now I'm out the shipping and item price and I'm left to call UPS over and over trying to get my money back. Because the label was created through ebay/UPS with their account now I have to get a release letter from ebay to release the money to me.
