Lost Top Rated Status for late update shipping numbers, UPDATED all as one buyer sold 18 items.
Hello, after 24 years we lost out top rated status for shipping update numbers showing updated late. This was one buyer that bought 18+ sports cards. He overpaid on shipping. We updated tracking while refunding each individual shipping amounts per item. It appears the shipping # did not hold and now shows updated late. The cards were received and we received feedback as well. When looking at the item it appears the items were not delivered UNTIL you click into the ACTUAL Shipping # for USPS.
These were not shipped late and buyer received. When we saw the TOP RATED status was removed is when we noticed the shipping #'s that we updated did not hold and updated at that time.
Called ebay 2x's on this to rectify and still awaiting to see if we can get our TRS back.
Anyone have any suggestions or had this happen as well? @ebay
