Lost shipping cost
Seller kept shipping cost both ways, I am out money and no response from eBay’s buyer protection plan. He has his bike and have nothing but empty wallet.

Mentor11 months ago@xbicycles You should have received a full refund if the item was not as described AND you filed an official eBay return request with a Not As Described reason such as doesn't match pictures or description or defective.
You can contact customer service to ask about the rest of the refund.
