Lost Shipment
I sold an item on April 12th shipped it with FedeX on April 15, tracking number i was given says it's not in there system, so as the seller do i file a claim with Fedex or with Ebay, the buyer is filing one on Monday with Ebay.

Since you used FedEx, you contact FedEx about the "missing" package.
The buyer can file a Refund Request through Ebay when the estimated date of delivery has passed by at least 1 day.

OP2 years agoI put in the wrong tracking number turns out it was delivered on April 17 to the buyers front door with a picture of it sent by fedex, either the buyer is lying to me or it was stolen, or brought to the wrong house.

Mentor2 years agoIf the Buyer opens an Item Not Received case, you will need to enter the tracking number showing successful delivery to the Buyers address on file for eBay to close the case in your favor.
