As a seller, eBay will insist you refund your buyer, assuming there is a postal scan showing the item was at least mailed back.
As a buyer, an acceptance scan from USPS is sufficient proof to eBay that you mailed the item, and they will refund you.

OP2 years agoWhen I try to get in touch with eBay about it the website says they will not do anything until the seller has received the item for two days. I do not see a way to do anything if it is lost. Where do I get in touch with eBay for a lost return? Thanks
