Lost Parcel
I bought catalytic converter for my truck it has 3" exhaust, they sent me 2", i request return, they send me return label, I take item to post office and item is scanned in. I leave with a receipt and with tracking. I try to enter tracking on eBay and it says, tracking not available, I try to enter tracking at USPS and it says same thing, I call usps they say could be that return shipping wasn't paid, I try contacting eBay but on get computer,no live person, now my time for delivery of return is up and they say item never got sent back and sellers says he will only give refund when he gets the item back. Is there somewhere I can write on my case, why can't I interact with my own case, only time I got to write anything was when it was opened. Which I had to do to start my return, I didn't know I would have these problems but have no where to write them

Mentor7 months agoAs long as you have an acceptance scan and receipt by the return date you should be ok. When you check tracking it should at least show this scan, otherwise take your receipt to the post office and find out what's going on.
