Who said your order was "lost"?

If tracking does not indicate delivery, AND it is past the estimated date of delivery, you can file a Refund Request.

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€

@gyr2129 Sorry that happened. eBay can not force the seller to send you another pair of shoes but they can make the seller refund you.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If you don't get a full refund or package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
