Lost package that ends up delivered after i resent duplicate order for customer
I had a shipping issue with USPS. the buyer and myself agreed that I would reship the order to help the customer get his item... Both packages eventually arrived to customer... Customer agreed to purchase the second shipment instead of return it. My question is, how do I charge him and collect payment in this unique case?

You can arrange payment through Paypal or an online payment app.
