No, the shipping is not refundable once the label is used.
The only usps shipping that is not insured that has a label is media mail. All ground advantage packages come with $100 of insurance. What type of package was it?

OP2 years agoI sent a USPS Ground Advantage package that USPS lost. I don't see any way to recover the price of the part or the shipping. Wondering if this can be done through ebay?
And thank you!!

Mentor2 years agoGround Advantage includes $100 of insurance for lost or damaged packages. Log into USPS.COM and look for the link to report a lost package once it has exceeded 3 weeks since the package was shipped.
