lost package
I gave a buyer who shipped to Canada via DHL. Package arrived in Ontario and never left facility. Buyer has started their refund request. I additionally insured as well and need to start the process of getting my refund. Please help, thanks! 🙂

If you shipped DHL, you must have done that outside of eBay, so eBay cannot help you file the claim. You need to file the claim directly with DHL.
