Lost package
In november of last year, I bought an item from seller "2012NickStix" I never got a tracking number, or the package it's self. I paid a little over 10 grand for it.

For that kind of money, you need to hire a lawyer.
A claim with eBay must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, so it is much too late for them to help.
