Lost package
I used ebay shipping and package is lost. Do I have to put in a claim with USPS? Ebay gave the buyer their money back. Is there no seller protection?

File a lost package claim with USPS.

Ebay cannot protect sellers for circumstances beyond their control, such as shipments that are lost by the shipping company.
