Lost package
My item didn't get to me in the timeframe eBay stated it would...I contacted the seller to see what the problem was...seller stated that they would look into the logistics. I opened up a case, of course. The package seems to be stuck at one location and the USPS has yet to pick it up...it's been over a month! I asked the seller to refund my money, they replied for me to close the case and they'd send another item. The seller stated that the package was lost. SKETCHY!! I stated that the only transaction I wanted was to get a refund. EBay keeps putting the case on hold, I just want my refund especially after knowing that the package is lost. Why won't the seller just refund me my money since the package is "lost"?

Mentor2 years ago@lovejoebelle Do NOT close a request until the seller gives you a refund or you have the item. Has the seller filed a lost package search with USPS?
eBay may be allowing extra time for delivery due to the postal service issues. USPS is redoing the system and some locations are VERY backed upped.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.
