Lost package
Ups lost package eBay refunds buyer his full amount then pulls the full amount of 400 out of my account . So I just paid selling fees twice or what cause I only got 320 to begin with but there taking 400 how's that work?

Mentor2 years agoWhen the buyer filed an Item Not Received case, you should have taken care of it and refunded the buyer, then you work with UPS/ebay to file a lost package to be credited. It sounds like you did not freely refund the buyer, so the buyer had to go and click Ask ebay to step in. That will record a defect on your account for an unresolved transaction and your fees are not refunded.
