Lost package
Clock sent from England to USA is now stuck in Kentucky for weeks can not provide information about the seller to allow the clock to make it here.

Mentor2 years ago@vinwi-97 The only thing you can do is file a not received refund request when the item is at least a day late. I know that you'd rather have the clock but there is no way to update any shipping information once the package is in motion.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
