Lost owners manual
I lost the owners manual to an item I purchased a few months ago. I contacted the seller about it and they will send me one in a pdf file. They asked for my email.
Now understandably that didn't fly with ebay rules. Is there another why they can get me that pdf file? None of the self help topics cover this problem, that I can find.

Mentor1 year agoWhen there is a transaction between the buyer and a seller, we can share contact information. Your transaction might be a little old, but you can try. The worse they can tell you is No.
It is likely that you can find it on the internet, did you try.
You can also let your seller know to go to your original order. Your phone number may still appear there and they can call you to get your email address.

OP1 year agoI noticed the name of their company at the bottom of their reply to me, copy, paste click, click , click in contact with their service department, got the manual one email ahead of your timely response. All's well, for a Monday morning, well except for the mishap. I was cleaning the toilet and my right earbud did a triple backflip double Helix into the Mr. Clean toilet water. and the left one seals the event with "power off".
But after the rescue and dry off they auto powered up and continued where they left off. didn't know they were Mr. Clean proof. And they were a freebee from Temu.
