lost order

Question

I need to speak to an Ebay agent, how do I talk to one? Ebay has completely lost my last order, it was ordered yesterday and is not in my orders list. This is an order as a seller, I also cannot access it with order number or buyer name.

I tried to got through their questions for help but none it helps with my issue.
