Lost order
Dear eBayers, I placed an order via eBay... the package was sent via Assentia Post USA and I also have the tracking number... I only found out much later that my package did not arrive in the Netherlands. I have contacted Assentia Netherlands. and they state that the package never arrived... and was probably lost. because some time has passed, ebay has closed the case. I paid more than 250 euros for this order and I can't get help anywhere... do you know what to do with this?
