Lost or stolen?
What do I do when I see that my item is in route or OUT FOR DELIVERY that NEVER gets there. I sell sports cards and when this happens, I lose my card AND have to give a refund so I am out 2 ways. Happened around 10 times this year so far. What to do?

Mentor1 month agoThe ebay standard envelopes are "read" by the scanners at the sorting machines in the hubs, which is why there are size and thickness requirements. Then they are sent to your local post office for final delivery. That is why they show as DELIVERED several days before actually being delivered to the buyer.
