Lost my listing for a vehicle auction
Had everything right, was getting inquiries, then the listing disappeared! Could not find anyway to get back to the listing. All I could get was a return to something that was an unfinished start for the vehicle info over again.
This is nuts!! I have people wanting to bid, making offers! There is 5 days, 13 hours left and it's GONE!
What can I do? It's Sunday 1022 PST no one is available and I am VERY disappointed in Ebay. Their website needs a lot of improvement! Hard to navigate and cannot get me back to my listing...

OP9 months agoI do believe I was on the correct Ebay link. Is there more than one?

Mentor9 months agoA link to the Seller Hub active listings page will only show listings in the account you are signed in to.
If you are signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to list that vehicle, you will not see the listing there.

OP9 months agoI am chatting on a MacBook Pro and keep getting messages on the iPhone and not on this computer. Message said to "sign into the correct eBay account, I don't even see the "Seller Hub" on my laptop. The iPhone is too small to be working on. Shouldn't they be the same connection to Ebay? Will try to find the Hub...

You may be signed in to different accounts on each device. Check which account you are signed in to on your laptop and make sure it is the @cholla51 account.

OP9 months agoWhat I have a problem with is that there is no way to get back to something that says, "Back to my listing", "Edit Listing". I have NO idea how eburtonlab pulled up my listing. I could not...

OP9 months agoSorry, my mind and eyes are a blur. Guess I will have to wait until the a.m. when I can get this figured out.
Not even sure to whom or what I am talking to...

Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account and you should see that listing in your active listings in Seller Hub:

OP9 months agoOkay, have found my back out of the wilderness! Why is there a "correct eBay account"? I was signed in on it the first time then, Poof! Will keep this new link open! Thank you...

Mentor9 months agoWhy is there a "correct eBay account"?
Because only the actual seller should be allowed to edit the listing. Being signed in to the eBay account that was used to list the item is how eBay knows you are the seller and not just any other random user.
