Lost My Funko AND My Money – Unfair Refund Case
I’m honestly furious about how eBay handled my case.
I sold a Funko Pop for $80. It was in good condition, and I took clear photos of it right before shipping. I packaged it carefully and sent it out.
The buyer received it and then claimed there were “scratches†on the box. Even though I have proof of the condition before shipping, eBay approved the refund.
The worst part: I never got my Funko Pop back.
So now I’ve lost both the item and the $80. I followed all the rules, provided proof, and still got punished.
Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do to actually get help from a real person?
