Lost item for my buyer. How do you file usps grievance
I issued a refund to buyer since item shows arrived in his state but never got past that point. Am I protected as a Seller?

Mentor6 months agoGo to the Sold item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to file a Lost Package.
