Lost item
USPS lost my package, says it was delivered but it wasn't. I'm aware that this is a common thing from USPS. I trying to contact ebay via chat but is impossible.

Mentor1 week agoeBay will not be able to help you since tracking shows the package was delivered. If the package was stolen then neither eBay or the seller have any liability and this is a matter for the police and your insurance company. Ask the USPS for the GPS location of the delivery. If at or very near your location the USPS the tracking will stand. Only if the name and address on your package was not yours will you be able to appeal the decision of eBay.
