lost item
I'm thoroughly embarrassed, but I seem to have lost this little clock. I've had it up on ebay for months and forgot about this auction. Can you pass along my sincere regrets to Ms. Scarborough. I'm desperately looking for this clock and will for sure ship it to the buyer by the cut-off date of Tuesday, Jan. 20.

You need to contact your buyer yourself by sending him a message. You'll find the option in the dropdown next to the order transaction (click the three dots).
If you can't find the clock in time to ship, you should cancel the transaction so the buyer is refunded. You need to choose the reason that the item is out of stock.

OP8 months agoMany thanks for helping me with this dilemma. I notified the buyer and they were very understanding. I can't find any way of cancelling the transaction however. I just want to make sure the buyer is compensated by ebay.

You can find the cancellation option in the dropdown menu next to the order transaction (click the three dots to open it). Choose the reason that the item is out of stock. The cancellation will trigger the refund.
