I need help to get refund (receive envelope without item , beythe seller use regular envelope instead bubble envelope, and post office pressort mail service unable to metal object in regular envelope, machine can’t run and scan it. I contact the seller , he said that always happen with our costumer and we already do refunds because this our mistake, he asked me do claim to get refund).
