How do I get ebay to stand behind their guarantee? I have an item that was never received. I spent hours getting a letter from fedex proving that i never received the order. The seller will not issue a refund or provide a waiver so that I can file a claim with fedex, and ebay has closed the claim. I can't even get anyone to respond to my questions. They sure were quick to take my money.
