Mentor2 years agoIf tracking does not show delivery, you need to refund when the buyer opens a not received claim. You can file an insurance claim at usps.com, assuming you sent through the mail. Your label included $100 of insurance.The insurance reimburses you after you refund the buyer.
If delivered to the buyer, you will have to ask him to repay the refund - eBay can not force him to repay you. Still, most people are honest so I would not worry just yet.
