Lost in the mail…..
Hello folks! I sold an item and the person chose Ground Advantage.
I purchased the postage via eBay, stuck it on the package and dropped it off at the local Post office….. with no receipt on Nov. 22. As of today (Dec. 15th) still no delivery.
All of my other sales that were shipped via Ground Advantage shows their tracking number… Not this one. Also, My postage purchases do not show that I did not even purchase.
I do have a QR code that I stood in the PO Christmas line this morning only to have them explain that the code is “dead†and that it would not generate that original shipping label.
I do have feedback by the Post Office(?) that shows a delivery date of 17-20 of Dec.
All in all, the buyer has requested a refund that I need to issue - as of tomorrow. The package has not come back to me due to an error.
Thoughts?
