I would like to know if a package was attempted to be delivered, out for re-delivery or lost by postal service, am I responsible to refund the buyer who says they never received said items?

Mentor2 years agoIf there is no delivery scan, you are responsible for refunding the buyer. To see if any delivery was attempted, check the tracking at usps.com.
If not delivered, you can file a claim for the missing package, also at usps.com. Do not make your buyer wait for the claim - it reimburses you.
