Lost in mail to buyer.
What do you do when you issue a refund to a customer because the item hasn’t arrived and it looks like it is lost in the mail. And then after you issue the refund the item gets delivered. Do they now get the item for free? Can I request they return it ?

Mentor2 years agoThere is little you can do if the item arrives after you make the refund. eBay has no way of recovering a refund you make. You can ask the buyer to send the money to you and you can send a PayPal invoice if you have a PayPal account or there are other money transfer options. However, eBay cannot force the buyer to send you the refund back.
