lost in mail but delivered after order was cancelled
I sold an item that was lost by the shipper. The buyer cancelled and was given a refund for the item. The item then showed up at their address and they want to pay for the item. We do not know how I can get paid now that the order was cancelled and he was refunded but now has the product and wants to pay for it. Help please, I do not wish to violate any Ebay policy.

You can send them a Paypal invoice...you will need their Paypal email address.
