Lost hope
Have anyone had any issues like me? I bought an item cost me over $1600 hundred. The seller did not require signature, and the FedEx dropped off a package with no one home, of course I lost the package, someone forged signature. eBay didn’t help me so lost my money. I don’t think eBay protect buyers.

The answer determines what to do next.
If there was no signature, you can open an item not received case as the seller is required to obtain a signature for purchases of $750+. If there was a signature, that means either someone at your address signed for the package or it was delivered to the wrong address. Contact FedEx to ask them exactly where the package was delivered. If it was not delivered to your address, ask for written verification so you can proceed with your dispute through eBay.

Are you saying that someone at your house forged your signature? I know that during the pandemic, the drivers would sign for the packages. I would contact your local FedEx office with the tracking number to see if they have any information as to who signed for the package: Fed Ex driver or someone at your house.
