Lost History
I recently changed my password and now can not access my history of purchases in eBay. My account now shows “member since August 2024†but I’ve been a member since 2017. In fact, there’s a couple of purchases that I can no longer see or track. I got an email this morning from an eBay vendor who I purchased an item from, but I can’t respond since the history of this purchase is gone.

Perhaps you changed the password of an entirely different eBay account.
Try signing out of this account and then sign in using your original username and password.
