lost goods
Hello! I’m a seller on this platform. The shipping label for the purchased item was paid for on 2/13/26. I mailed the package to the buyer on 2/16/26 by placing it in a mailbox because it was Presidents’ Day and the post office was closed.
The label showed USPS, but in small print at the bottom it said UPS. As of today, the package has not been delivered and the tracking number does not show any tracking information. I do not have a receipt, and the buyer states that they never received the item.
Could you please advise how I can locate this lost package?

Mentor6 months agoThis is why I always stand in line at the PO to have packages scanned and get a receipt.
If the buyer files a Refund Request and there is no tracking to prove delivery, you will need to refund your buyer.
If you used an Ebay shipping label, you should have the tracking number in order to file a claim with USPS.
