Lost Feedback Option
1. Item purchased. 2. Item shipped. 3. Item delayed in shipment by USPS. 4. Item finally arrives via USPS badly damaged over a month late. 5. In the interim of waiting for the item to arrive, somehow the option of the buyer to leave feedback to the seller disappeared. 6. How does the buyer get the option to leave feedback for the seller returned in order to properly and honestly close out this eBay sale? 7. This is the only fair thing to do for the seller. 8. The buyer is awaiting the opportunity to give the seller positive feedback for his patience and fine communication. 9. Your help is needed. Thank you, eodgrumps716

·2 years agoThere is a hard deadline of 60 days from the "transaction" (end of auction, offer accepted, commit to Buy It Now or pay if you haven't already committed) to leave feedback. If it has not yet been 60 days:
Go to anyone's Feedback Profile (click on the Feedback Score in parentheses following anyone's User ID) and scroll to the bottom of the page to find a link that usually works to give you a link to leave feedback for each particular eligible transaction.
Or go to your own Feedback Profile: Click your Feedback Score "(##â)" in the header of your post or from the main www. ebay.com selling site (as opposed to this community.ebay.com community site where those still link to the real Feedback Profile instead of having to do multiple clicks and scroll to find it) over "Hi [your name]" in the extreme upper left and then on your Feedback Score; from your Feedback Score (if you are logged in and everything is working OK) there should be a list of items you can leave feedback for at the top, plus links to leave replies/follow-ups for feedback you received/left for others.
