Lost chat session
I've been going in circles trying to get decent customer service. I finally got on a chat with what I think was an actual person, but I got kicked out and couldn't figure out how to access the session again. How do I get to an actual person? It can be online. It doesn't have to be over the phone. I just need to see if I can get reimbursed for a gift card scam.

I don't believe that is possible since ebay had nothing to do with it.
