Lost Cartier watch

Hi. I sold a Cartier watch. The buyer returned it. The watch went back to the authenticator and then I think the authenticator sent it to the wrong address when sending it back to me. Now I’m having trouble locating the watch. Who would I reach out to and how?

I would contact customer service on social media. eBay should be responsible if they shipped your item to the wrong address.
