Lost appeal for buyer committing fraud
Long story short, I sell a $1500 item on Ebay, they send me the sold, they had collected the money, gave me the address. I send it. Buyer signs for it then tells his bank he doesn't recognize the charge, They agree and ask Ebay for the money back, Ebay agrees and tells me to pay them back my $1300. I appeal it - seems so clear cut to me - denied. I did everything by the books now I am out a camera and forced to pay Ebay the money. This is insane. Suggestions on what to do. I am a 27 year member - 700 items with 100% rating. I don't deserve this treatment by Ebay.
