Lost a great deal because of eBayâ€™s actions

Solar system cost $13k but valued at $25k. Seller provided a bill of lading that turned out to be fake, and never provided tracking info. I firmly believe had the seller been paid what I paid thru eBay, I would have received his helluva deal. He complained eBay hadnâ€™t paid him and said they wouldnâ€™t until I received it.
