Loss of purchase history

Question

Last year I purchased a set of Halo led headlights from a vender on eBay. They came in decent amount of time. When they arrived it was very apparent that the headlights were not the right ones for my truck. I immediately contacted the seller through eBay. The seller replied quickly and was going to send the correct headlights in replacement.

It was over a month that I waited when I finally decided to recontact the seller. When I went to look up the vender I had bought them from, There was absolutely no evidence that I had even purchased the head lights at all. I need to get these replaced and mow I can't even get a phone number to call eBay. Any thought as to what to do?

First thing… this usually means you’re not seeing the order, not that it’s gone.

Switch it to last year or even all time, and check archived too. A lot of older orders end up there.

Also double check you’re in the right account. Happens more often than people think.

If it still doesn’t show up, search your email for the original eBay receipt. That email will have the order number and at least proves the purchase.

One important thing… since this is over 30 days, eBay won’t step in anymore. At that point it comes down to the seller actually following through.
