Loss of money
I sold an item and the buyer got a refund because he didn’t want it. I had to pay the buyer back 400 dollars. I have a picture of the delivery slip which shows that he got the package. He claims that he didn’t get it. I’ve complained to eBay but no results

Did you ship will an ebay label or otherwise upload tracking showing delivery to the buyer?
Did the buyer open a "Return Request" or a "Item Not Received"?
